This presenation provided participants with an over of why managers need to integrate project, quality and risk management into their daily operations. A management tool (Hoshin X-matrix) was depicted as a tool to assist managers with this integration. Additionally, the presenters worked through a scenario where affinity analysis can be used to develop an enterprise-wide risk taxonomy.
